Refund Request Form

Select the product for which the refund is requested

Enter the username entered at the time of installation, associated with the license number

Enter the license key entered at the time of installation, associated with the username

Enter the E-Mail address where the refund request response will be received

Enter the name and surname of the bank account holder where the refund will be credited

Enter the IBAN bank account details, preceded by the two letters of the country e.g. "IT" or "EN"

Enter the SWIFT/BIC bank account details
